LabOne is one of the few WinHoldem pokerbot pokerlabs that survived after the big lab bust in 2006 on the WinHoldem Forums (And the only one that remained in the public space - there were other labs that remained working as a team, but they prefered to keep quiet about their progress).
LabOne started sometime in early 2005, and has had many members come and go for different reasons. Each of the members of Lab One has at least one or more specialties. Some might be excellent scrapers, others excellent coders, and some may have great poker skills.
The combined skills is what helped the lab move forward, and the personalities have helped the team stay together.

Voted out
