- They will ban, and seize all account money of all widespread, simple and hobbyist's bots (that are usually long term losers)
- They will not ban all sophisticated and money-making bots (due to the stealth techniques used by their authors)
which is strongly EV negative for both human and bot players.
Hevad Khan was one of the few winning "bots" that ever got detected on PokerStars, because he was not able to handle well Timing tells, Mouse usage tells and to protect against several other popular techiques for detecting bots. Hevad Khan sent PokerStars a video of his multi-table play and his account was reinstated.
