Ray E. Bornert II is an American computer programmer and game designer. He designed the WinHoldEm pokerbot. He also designed a 512-cell three-dimensional chess variant, called 3D8L. In 2007 he organized Poker Bot World Championship (PBWC), the first live digital real money poker tournament, where both human and computers can participate.
